1、一般電解電容的電容偏差大些,不會嚴重影響電路的正常工作,所以可以取電容量略大一些或略小一些電容器代替。但在分頻電路、S校正電路、振蕩回路及延時回路中不行,電容量應和計算要求的盡量一致。在一些濾波網絡中,貼片電容與電解電容的容量也要求非常準確,其誤差應小于±0.3%~0.5%.

2、耐壓必須達到要求,選用的耐壓值應等于或大于原來的值。

3、無極性電容通常選用無極性電容來替換,實在無辦法到時可用兩只容量大一倍的有極性電容逆串聯后代替,方法是將兩只有極性貼片電容與電解電容的正極相連或將它們的兩個負極相連。

4、在選用貼片電容與電解電容時,建議選擇三和samwha耐高溫系列電容產品,耐高溫電容的最高工作溫度為105℃,當其在最高工作溫度條件下工作時,能保證2000小時左右的正常工作時間。工作環境的溫度越低,電容的使用壽命越長。
