  電源電路中鋁電解的應用注意事項

  Matters needing attention in application of aluminum electrolysis in power supply circuit

  (1) 防止鹵素腐蝕

  Prevention of halogen corrosion

  鋁電解電容對氯元素、溴元素等非常敏感,如果使用含鹵素的助焊劑、清洗劑、固定劑、熏蒸劑,鹵化物可能透過封口膠塞侵入電容器內部,極易引起電容陽極腐蝕,在上電后加速電容失效。因此必須嚴格管控生產工藝過程中使用的相關敏感制劑的鹵素成分。

  Aluminum electrolytic capacitor is very sensitive to chlorine and bromine. If halogen containing flux, cleaning agent, fixing agent and fumigant are used, halide may invade into the capacitor through sealing rubber plug, which is easy to cause anode corrosion of capacitor and accelerate capacitor failure after power on. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the halogen components of sensitive preparations used in the production process.

  (2)存儲環境的控制和定期激活

  需控制電解電容的存放環境和時間,定期進行上電賦能。

  鋁電解經長時間在高溫環境下存放飯后,電容陽極氧化膜和電解液會發生化學反應,造成耐壓下降、漏電流增大。當突然上電,電容電壓接近額定電壓后,可能引起過壓失效或漏電流過大導致過熱失效。

  After aluminum electrolysis is stored in high temperature environment for a long time, chemical reaction will occur between anodic oxide film and electrolyte, resulting in voltage drop and leakage current increase.   對應單體電容特別是高壓類電容,長期存放后需激活處理,建議串接1kΩ保護電阻,逐漸加壓到額定電壓,維持1小時左右,使得電容陽極氧化膜得以修復,漏電流回到正常水平。

  The corresponding single capacitor, especially the high-voltage capacitor, needs to be activated after long-term storage. It is recommended to connect 1K & omega; protection resistor in series and gradually pressurize it to the rated voltage for about 1 hour, so that the anodic oxide film of capacitor can be repaired and the leakage current can return to normal level.

  如:在低壓大電流輸出的應用場合,使用鋁固態電容。鋁固態電容具有極低的ESR和高紋波電流承受能力,非常適用于低壓大電流的整流濾波場合。
